Villa Majolica occupies the whole ground floor of an old 17th century villa located in a beautiful, panoramic position. This house is especially attractive for its modern décor, spaciousness and proximity to the lively center of the famed seaside town of Positano.
The accommodation benefits also from a very large private terrace, which serves as an ideal spot for outside dining, barbecues, or sunset cocktails.
The large terrace is situated at the front of the villa and has sitting and dining areas, shaded by an awning and a white sun umbrella.
Entrance to the villa is through a set of French doors, opening from the terrace, directly into an open plan living room divided into a kitchen, dining and sitting area.
From the living room, a small corridor leads to the remaining rooms of the villa. The villa sleeps up to 8 people on 4 double bedroom with private bathroom
Each room has heating/air conditioning which can be regulated independently.
