Elegant villa (330 square metres) obtained from the renovation of an ancient farmhouse in the heart of the Chianti area with private equipped garden with barbecue and private swimming pool. Wide views of the hills and valleys of the area surrounded by the picturesque olive groves and scenic vineyards.

Access to the house along 3,5 km of dirt road.

Distances: Castellina in Chianti (any kind of shops) 5 km, Radda in Chianti 12 km, Siena 25 km, San Gimignano 37 km, Florence 52 km.

Sleeps max 10 + 2 people: 5 double bedrooms plus two sofabeds in extra rooms, 6 full bathrooms of which 3 ensuite.

Ground Floor: entrance, dining room, living room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower.

First floor: (split into two areas with access by two staircases):

• first part: small living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower (access from both the living room and from the bedroom);
• second part: small living room with double sofa bed, 1 double room with bathroom with shower (access from both the living room and from the bedroom), 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower.

Private garden: lawn around the pool, terrace, garden

Private swimming pool: 6 x 13 metres, open from 26th May to 30th September.

Location: Private, in the hamlet there are six other rental apartments which are completely independent.
