The chef, who is also a cookbook author, was formerly the owner of a well know restaurant in a seaside resort in Tuscany, then she taught at the Professional Institute in Florence, then she opened her own cooking school in Florence. So, you will learn from an Italian Master Chef and Cooking School Instructor with 25 years experience in the authentic Italian cuisine of Tuscany! As the chef is also a great teacher, will deeply involve you in putting your hands on the food and creating your own dishes.
These are more than “standard” cooking lessons where you prepare a typical three courses Tuscan Menu, of course you will learn all about Tuscan cuisine, but if you want you can choose among hundreds recipes the dishes you will learn (pasta, fish, meat, vegetables, desserts). As soon as you’ll book your cooking program you’ll receive the list of the recipes, you’ll be in touch with the chef who will be happy to help you choosing the dishes you will prepare. You can put together a truly tailored cooking program!

The Cooking School is located in a private luxury Tuscan Villa in Panzano in Chianti with an outstanding kitchen which invites to experiencing tasty Tuscan recipes, the seasonal vegetables and fresh ingredients.
The village of Panzano is in the heart of the Chianti and it’s one of the most authentic and untouched places in this area, surrounded by vineyards managed with great passion by a close-knit group of vintners that unites to control quality production and promote organic & sustainable vineyard techniques. Wines from Panzano are often pronounced as the best of the region.
You will learn to cook in a magnificent, professional kitchen,with enough working space for everyone, with our chef . During the cooking courses, you will learn how to make your own homemade bread, focaccia, homemade pasta, a second dish, side dish and of course a delicious dessert. Every cooking lesson ends with a dinner cooked by you, the classes are given in the well equipped kitchen with enough working space for everyone. Our chef purchases top quality produces from local producers and farmers and uses fruits and vegetables in season and if you are interested on this our chef will be happy to share with you her knowledge about organic food and Mediterranean diet.
